The ever-popular Sparkling Rosé is back!

Alongside our brand new, signature 2022 Classic Cuvée, we are delighted to also release our latest 2023 Sparkling Rosé, made exclusively of only first pressings from the bumper 2023 vintage.

The 2023 growing season began with a wetter spring that slowed early vine growth. Following the warm and generous 2022 vintage, the vines entered the year with strong reserves, supporting excellent flowering and fruit set. A warm summer followed allowing steady ripening whilst preserving vibrant natural acidity and delicate fruit characteristics. The result was our largest harvest to date, producing clean, expressive fruit with freshness and balance ideal for crafting the most elegant sparkling wines that we are immensely proud to share.

This sparkling rosé is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of 19 months on its yeast lees. Following on from the hugely popular 2022 Sparkling Rosé, we couldn’t be more excited to release this wine, produced from our largest ever harvest and only using first pressings (the best quality juice) for the first time in our sparkling rosé.

The nose has a bouquet of red apples, cranberries and peaches leading to pomegranate, pear and creamy lemon curd on the finish. This food friendly wine can be enjoyed with seared tuna or a peach and burrata salad.

This Sparkling Rosé would be the perfect sparkling wine to treat someone special with or toast with at those special occasions.
