Introducing our brand-new 2023 Blanc de Gris – ‘The Rebel’

This is our inaugural release featuring Pinot Gris which was first planted at Saffron Grange in 2018. This sparkling wine is a blend of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Chardonnay. It is a young, vibrant and new expression in the Saffron Grange line up – a ‘rebel’ in our range! With vibrant aromatics, this wine has notes of citrus, lychees, ripe pear and honeydew melon with a hint of almond and spice on the finish. Perfect enjoyed cold on its own or with a British blue cheese and quince jelly for a delicious pairing treat.

As always and as part of English Wine Week, we are giving our newsletter subscribers early access to buy this brand-new style of Saffron Grange sparkling wine by the case (x6 bottles) at an exclusive, discounted case rate of £153.00 (just £25.50 per bottle) up until midnight on Sunday 29th June only.  This is a special discounted price from the normal £168 case rate (£30.00 per bottle). This is a small run of wine – at only around 350 cases available in total so when it’s gone, it’s gone!

As well as this special rate, we are offering anyone that pre-orders a case (or more!) the chance to come and collect your wine from the Saffron Grange Tasting Room & Shop on Thursday 17th July (5pm-7pm) and enjoy a complimentary glass of this brand new sparkling wine and a few nibbles on us.

Please make sure you select ‘Click and Collect’ if you plan on coming to pick up your wine in person and we will make sure it doesn’t get sent out.

If you can’t make it in to collect from us, please select ‘Flat Rate’ delivery and your case will be dispatched to you (free of charge) between 17th – 18th July so we can guarantee that you can look forward to enjoying a cold glass in the sunshine from week commencing 21st of July onwards!
