Introducing our brand-new 2023 Blanc de Gris – ‘The Rebel’
A brand-new style of wine from Saffron Grange!
This is our inaugural release featuring Pinot Gris which was first planted at Saffron Grange in 2018. This sparkling wine is a blend of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Chardonnay. It is a young, vibrant and new expression in the Saffron Grange line up – a ‘rebel’ in our range! With vibrant aromatics, this wine has notes of citrus, lychees, ripe pear and honeydew melon with a hint of almond and spice on the finish. Perfect enjoyed cold on its own or with a British blue cheese and quince jelly for a delicious pairing treat.
