Seyval Blanc Reserve 2021

Contains 2 bottles

Our limited-edition Seyval Blanc Reserve is made from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes and has been aged for 24 months on the yeast lees. This wine displays aromas of of honeysuckle, gooseberry and freshly cut grass balanced with delicious honeydew melon and zesty lemon tart on the palate. Delicious enjoyed cold on its own or served with a range of seafood or a warm goats’ cheese salad.

Classic Cuvée 2022

Contains 2 bottles

This signature vintage wine is our classic blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier aged for a minimum of 30 months on its’ yeast lees. This wine presents aromas of plums and quince on the nose perfectly balanced with apricot, pastry, and our signature flint minerality on the finish. This wine pairs perfectly with grilled chicken, scallops, or creamy risotto dishes.

Sparkling Rosé 2023

Contains 2 bottles

This Sparkling Rosé is a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay and aged for a minimum of 19 months on its yeast lees. The nose has a bouquet of red apples, cranberries and peaches leading to pomegranate, pear and creamy lemon curd on the finish. This food friendly wine can be enjoyed with seared tuna or a peach and burrata salad.
