Seyval Blanc Reserve 2020

The ever-popular 100% Seyval Blanc Brut sparkling wine has been aged for 24 months on the yeast lees.
This latest limited-release Seyval Blanc Reserve displays aromas of gooseberry and elderflower on the nose with a dollop of zesty lemon curd on the palate. Delicious as an aperitif or served as a pairing to light salads or shellfish.
Sparkling Rosé 2021

This beautiful, blush-pink Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Seyval Blanc grapes. The nose has a fragrant bouquet of red berries and rose, with peach, strawberries and pink grapefruit on the palate – delicious on it’s own or with smoked fish or charcuterie.
Blanc de Noirs 2019

This limited-edition, 2019 Blanc de Noirs is made from a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Pinot Meunier grapes from the record breaking 2019 vintage. This wine has been aged for 40 months on its lees, (our longest lees-aged wine to date) adding greater complexity and a rounder finish with aromas of apricot, almond and a hint of vanilla followed by baked orchard fruits and crème anglaise on the palate. This wine will stand up to an array of dishes including more indulgent feasts / meals.
