A delicious fennel Salami made by Marsh Pig in Norfolk and infused with Saffron Grange’s very own Classic Cuvée.

We have proudly served Marsh pig’s salami’s and cured meats in-house here since we opened and now we are very excited to have collaborated with them to create our very own, delicious Fennel Salami.

INGREDIENTS

Free-Range Pork 95.56%, Salt, Black Pepper, White Pepper, Dextrose, Fennel Seeds, Classic Cuvée, Garlic, Preservative (Sodium Nitrate).

Gluten, Wheat, Lactose and Sulphite Free.

HOW TO STORE

Once opened, store in an airtight container in a fridge. Serve at room temperature.
