For the very first time in Saffron Grange history, we have FIVE, delicious sparkling wines in our range – including two new and exciting, limited-edition releases:

The 2023 Blanc de Gris – ‘The Rebel’ and the 2021 late disgorged Blanc de Blancs.

The ‘Saffron Grange Range’ case of 6 bottles also includes the 2022 Sparkling Rosé, the 2021 Seyval Blanc Reserve and the 2021 Classic Cuvée.  This mixed case offers you the opportunity to try all five of our latest release premium quality sparkling wines – perfect as a gift or for anyone who can’t decide which sparkling wine to choose!

Seyval Blanc Reserve 2021

Contains 1 bottle

Our limited-edition Seyval Blanc Reserve is made from 100% Seyval Blanc grapes and has been aged for 24 months on the yeast lees. This wine displays aromas of of honeysuckle, gooseberry and freshly cut grass balanced with delicious honeydew melon and zesty lemon tart on the palate. Delicious enjoyed cold on its own or served with a range of seafood or a warm goats’ cheese salad.

Sparkling Rosé 2022

Contains 1 bottle 

This popular, salmon-pink Rosé is a blend 45% Pinot Noir and 55% Pinot Meunier grapes. The nose has a fragrant bouquet of wild strawberries and baked apricots with even more strawberry, peaches and hazelnut on the finish – delicious on it’s own or with smoked fish or charcuterie.

Blanc de Gris ‘The Rebel’ 2023

Our brand new release and our first sparkling wine featuring Pinot Gris from the 2023 harvest and a brand-new style of wine from Saffron Grange! This wine is a blend of 75% Pinot Gris and 25% Chardonnay and displays notes of citrus, lychees and honeydew melon with a hint of almond and spice on the finish. Perfect with British blue cheese and quince jelly.

Blanc de Blancs 2021

Contains 1 bottle

After selling out of our first batch, we have re-released the second batch which has had over 38 months on the lees, our longest lees-aged wine to date. This new release is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes and is beautifully balanced with zesty acidity and notes of toasted hazelnut and a creamy, long finish. We recommend pairing with seared scallops, creamy chicken cooked in a white wine sauce or with artisanal British cheeses.

Classic Cuvée 2021

Contains 2 bottles

This signature vintage wine is our classic blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier aged for a minimum of 24 months on its’ yeast lees. This wine presents aromas of red fruits, buttery brioche and almonds on the nose perfectly balanced with juicy nectarine, baked apples, and our signature flint minerality on the finish. This food friendly wine would be a perfect partner to smoked fish, roast chicken or creamy risotto dishes.
