Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Crostini

Pair with Sparkling Rosé 2021

The creamy and tangy qualities of goat’s cheese complement the red berries and rose aromas in the delicious Sparkling Rosé. The sweetness of roasted red peppers adds depth to the pairing, enhancing the fruitier aspects of the wine while the crostini provides a delightful crunch that works well with this lighter and effervescent style of wine.

Grilled Salmon with Strawberry Balsamic Glaze

Pair with the Saffron Grange Pinot Noir Rosé 2020

This combination is ‘pretty in pink!’ The richness of the grilled salmon pairs well with the creaminess and acidity of the sparkling coral pink Cuvée Rosé. The natural oils in the salmon enhance the wine’s texture, whilst the smoky notes from the grilled fish complement the wild raspberry and strawberry notes in the wine.

The strawberry balsamic glaze adds a touch of sweetness and acidity, creating a harmonious balance with the sherbet-like acidity of this special rosé. This pairing offers a sophisticated and delightful dining experience, perfect for a special occasion!
